Yah!!! I started the 90 day rotation on Sunday. Since I don't have time for a 90 min. Workout during the week, I added core 2 on Sunday and scheduled core 1 today (my rest day), well I ended up doing Tabata premix 1 (Tabata 1 with core 1). It was PERFECT!!!!! 30 min. Quick cardio + core. I feel great! I even did the bicep and tricep 100 rep challenge yesterday. These workouts are so much fun, Cathe!!!!! Love this rotation. Thank you so much for all of the effort you put in to make these workouts perfect!
