WEDNESDAY workouts

Hello everyone

It was so nice to see so many of you posting yesterday. I think it's very interesting plus really motivating too.
I hope you guys will join me today too. :) :)

Here we go:
25 min bike -- 15 min nordictrack followed by S&H legs and shoulders plus abs.
Feeling great!!!

Hey, Mari, if this is 1 body part per day week for you, why are you doing Legs and Shoulders today?!! Just wondering.:p

I did KPC up til the first cooldown then I did the Power Drills off of Cardio Kicks. I had trouble deciding this morning what to do so I mixed it up some!!:D :7

I did Imax today. It was the third time I've done it in the last two weeks (I did it last week instead of Imax 2 for the April rotation). Fortunately, it is getting easier. I was surprised how sore my back got while doing it last week. I guess that I need to work on my core more often!

I really wanted to do one body part a day, but life interfered in a form of 10 am soccer game on Saturday. There will be no time on Saturday to do anything, but maybe 20 min of cardio. After giving it some serious thoughts I decided to do legs and shoulders today, bipes tomorrow and chest on Friday. Hopefully I can stick to my scedule.

How is your heel?

Hi Mari, I hopefully will get my orthotics in about 2 weeks. I am still in pain but I can work though it. Stepping is the worse when it comes to the heel pain. Today wasn't too bad, and I don't jump as much on the Power Drills on Cardio Kicks, but actually I felt pretty good about my workout this morning.:7 I am beginning to feel the pain now so I know I am not "cured"!! :-( I just push through the pain, because while I survived doing just weights those 2 weeks I did that, but I really really missed my cardio.:eek: :p !!

I'm not really sure if this counts as a workout but this afternoon, I put the baby in the backpack and walked for 25 mins (about a mile and a half). It sure didnt feel like I worked very hard compared the my morning Imax workout.

Dawn, you are moving and that does count! When you have a baby, you gotta get in what you can. Good for you!

I did Mindy's Awesome Intervals and Saffel's Brand New Butt. I am revisiting some other vids this week that I haven't done in awhile, but it's so hard not reaching for a Cathe. I'm like an addict going through withdrawl these days. but I am having fun with other older vids.:)
 
Hi everyone....I did Stepblast, PS floor legs and KPC abs. I have time for a longer workout tomorrow....YIPPEE!!!....:)...Carole

I did Power Hour late this evening. Now I am wired and won't be able to go to sleep for a while.;( I think I will go and have a nice soak in the tub.
 
Hi Mari! It was back/bis/forearms/abs nite. Did my abs to PUB tape. I can actually do that entire section straight through w/out stopping but I have to do it first otherwise I don't have the upper body strength to complete it. Kathy:D
