WEDNESDAY workout

Good morning....I did shoulders and triceps, biceps from PUB. Then since I hadn't done it in awhile Imax1. WOW! I really wanted to push so no modifications....what a great workout.....enjoy the day...:)...carole
 
I did PS Back, Biceps and abs (minus the abs) then did the back off of Slow & Heavy Chest and Back, then did the abs and stretch off of S&H Triceps and Biceps. :7 Almost did the Biceps too off of S&H but it was running late and I needed to get school started with the boys so I didn't. Now I have an upset stomach, :( gotta run to the bathroom!!:eek:

Hi! I did MIC hi/low section and SPJ hi/low circuit. About an hour 15 min. What a great workout that is! Time to refuel.:p I am loving the combinations I can make off these DVD's!

Today was my day off (workout and work wise), so it was filled with all types of chores including three trips to my kid's school and the shops on my bicycle, so I guess I did a bit of a work out :)

WOW Carole that was some workout! Good for you! Tonight I'll be doing chest/shoulders/tris/abs. I've been mixing up my rotations as an experiment. This week I'm doing legs/back/biceps/forearms 2x a week & chest/shoulders/tris 1x a week. Next week I'll switch it up w/doing chest/shoulders/tris 2x a week. I try to think up all the different exercises that Cathe has given us to see what results I'll get. Its my 4th week so far. Have a great workout everyone! Kathy:D
 
Good evening everyone

Well, this morning instead of working out I was in the ER with my husband. He had some irregular heart beat -- that turned out to be quite common and bening, but still very scary. Sooo... the day was long and exhausting both physically and mentally.
But my OCD just didn't let the day go by without some sweating, so at 8:30 pm I did S&H and ME biceps and 20 min biking.

I was watching "Core Essentials" on the bike -- that's just came on the mail on the other day. Well, it'll go back right to the sender tomorrow.

Once you're spoiled with Cathe just nothing can measure up to her -- including this Gunnar dude!
 
I did L&G last night. It was supposed to be a S&H legs and shoulders day but L&G works so much better for my legs. I was going to tack on the S&H shoulders but the bulb blew out on the projector so I'll have to add it on to todays plan. My DH treadmilled while I did L&G because his knees can't handle the lunges. I'll have to work on modifying the leg w/o's for him.

I did Step Blast on Wednesday. I was totally confused the whole time but I made it through and still managed to work up a sweat. Unfortunately about half way through the workout/debacle my Dh came home and he thought I looked pretty silly in my state of confusion! So I invited him to jump in and see how easy it is to follow Cathe & Crew, but he decided going back to work would be easier.:p

So, now I will be doing Step Blast every day until I get it down pat before I move on to the next step tape! You know, doing Cathe is a very humbling experience. I always considered myself an advanced exerciser and assumed Cathe's step tapes couldn't be THAT hard to follow!!!!!! Oy!
