Wednesday 3/24 workouts

Hello everyone

Today I did about an hour of skiing, running and rowing. I wanted to do Cathe PH upperbody after that, but I got so involved of watching Tenent's testimony that I decided to leave the TV on and use my TotalGym instead for about 30-40 min for upperbody.

Yesterday I did Power Hour and hadn't done it in ohh 6 months or so and it kicked my tail and I went really light too!!:+ :eek: . Today I did the step segment of MIC, first time I have done step in about 10 weeks (since going to the doctor about my PF) it felt good but again I will probably pay for it later. My heel hasn't been doing too bad with me resuming my higher intensity cardio(though I do modify some), but I still have pain which will hopefully be alleviated with the orthotics.

I did Supersets followed by a yoga stretch. This was only the second time I've ever done Supersets and it was harder than I remember! It's nice that it's under an hour, since you're not doing back-to-back exercises for the same muscle group and therefore you don't need a rest. And I had forgotten about the explosive lunges! Oh my!
