Today I cxcountry skied for 30 min then did P90X Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. It was good, but I was happy when it was finally over. Tired today....

Yes,Step blast is a fantastic workout. Have you try the premixes?They are fun. I love all the dvd .The two workouts SJP and SB are awesome. In the weekend I did the premix of 90 minutes with SB and SJP and I love it. I hope cathe will make premixes for the new series.She is making us suffer waiting the hardcore but I am sure the new series will deserve the waiting.

I did All Step and Step and Intervals then did abs off of MIS.:)

Of course that was cardio only with a break in between to help my 7.5 yos do his school work. I am sooo sore from not doing weights for a week and then doing PUB yesterday. My arms and chest are really sore. Tomorrow will be PLB then we are off again for another vacation to Las Vegas!!!

Today was Cardio and Weights.

I have a question for those of you with the Rhythmic Step+ DVD - are there premixes. I have MIC and IMAX on VHS but really want Rhythmic Step - is it worth the extra money to get the DVD with all 3 or should I just get the Rhythmic Step VHS? Thanks:)
 
There are not premixes.I have try the RS only one time and MIC twice.RS has dificult steps but seems fun too. You have to learn the step slowly and you want feel you are a two left feet.I do not like the music of RS but I have bought the cd cathe volumen 1 to use with it.I love MIC but be prepared.It is 30 minutes of hi/low easy steps but hard and 30 minutes of step.You will have to stop to recover your breath.I have not done IMAX 1 yet. I think the dvd deserve every penny , I say that about every cathe workout, but if you do not have the BB or the IS but those first. :)
