WEDNESDAY 06/09 workout

Afternoon everybody,

Did yesterday's run this morning. A sort of an interval workout: run really fast for about a minute at the very high end of my zone, then walk for a minute. It was fun, though warmer then predicted. And it was humid. Not used to that either:)

Glad you got your run in Dutchie...sounds like a good one. And running in the humidity is not fun! I normally sweat like crazy then. I am running also today 4 or 5 miles, whatever I have time for after doing P90X Arms & Shoulders pus Ab Ripper....enjoy the workouts....:)...Carole
 
Yes voluntarily....my body has always gotten up this early....I usually read my email, check the posts, drink some coffee and then workout...never been to good at working out later in the day...:)...Carole
 
Good Morning Ladies,
I have said it before and I will say it again....I think this forum needs a chat room.Don't you think? You two are trying to carry on a conversation but its alittle hard. Then again sometimes an inocent conversation can turn into a cat fight so it would probably be best if there wasn't a chat room.:)
Anyway,I just finished CTX UB and now I am going to do Imax Extreme.I don't think I am going to do all of it.Also I expect my running partner to call me tonight to go for a run but I don't think I will be going.I have to work tomorrow morning at 6:30 so I think I need sleep more then I need a run.

Hi all, I did PS Legs minus the floorwork but with the abs, then I did PS Shoulders only. I was sweatin' buckets considering it is supposed to hit 90 today!! UGH!! Good thing is it is supposed to cool down and get back in the 70's tomorrow so that is great!!:7

I have my annual gyn appointment this afternoon, even though I didn't hit my "goal" for myself I am at least back down to pre t.o.m. weight and only a pound and a half from goal so that is good. Of course they will weigh me on the dreaded doctor's scale so who knows what it will say.:(

Evening girls,

We just finished P90X shoulder&arms. I really like this workout. I used light weights, first round, went heavier second round but will go heavier still next time.

Naturally we also did Ab Ripper and you were right Carole, it gets easier. Only two exercises I couldn't do and two I only did 20reps instead of 25. My son absolutely loves it. He wished he was allowed to use weights, but I think he better stick with the tubing for now.

Well it's almost 10PM, time for a shower and bed.
