Hello everyone. I am new to the forum but not new to Cathe. I have been using her workouts on and off for a couple of years. Love her! She always kicks my butt! I am getting married on March 26, 2005. I really want to drop some weight (like 30 pounds) and get in shape. I am in moderate shape, fairly active but I eat like crap, I have a horrible sweet tooth. I am working very hard right now to control that. I am trying to decide the best workouts to do to lose some serious poundage. I have a bunch of Cathe's workouts, enought to rotate cario and weights. I have a couple of issues though. I am a nurse and work nights. I work one week on, and then I have one week off. I work 12 hour shifts so I have a hard time having the energy or time to work out when I am working. My other issue is I put on muscle really quickly so I am scared to lift heavy. My butt seems to get bigger and my pants tighter. So, I am just looking for some suggestions, advice, rotations, whatever. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! Laura
