I do not own the wedding video. I am looking at Cathe's roation where she uses the recumbent bike 2x week and treadmill 2x week. It incleds the strength portion of the wedding video and body max. I have PH & MIS. Are either of these a good substitute for the wedding video Strength? Would the PS videos in combination be an acceptable substitute?
