Just completed the Wedding video tonight by doing the strength section and boy, do I ache :-tired . I HATE working my obliques, I can never do it right, still I gave them a go !
And the screams of agony coming out of my living room doing the outer thigh work on the floor - OMG ! :7
This is one great workout. This is where my exercising ends tonight, but do you think in future it wouldn't harm to do a short low impact cardio session after the body strengthening section of the Wedding video ? Cathe recomends you do the step routine 3 nights a week, and the body conditioning twice a week, with a night in between.
