Hi, this is going to be my first Cathe video and I'm really excited to try it. I have a few questions: does this tape require a barbell, how many times a week should I do the weight part, and how many weeks should I do this before I can try MIS? I'm an intermediate level exerciser. Thanks for your help!-Laura
 
Hi Laura-
The only weights you need are a pair of 3 to 5 pounds, depending on how strong you are. Cathe uses high reps/lighter weights on this tape. I love this tape: I just did it this morning.
It has a 37 minute step section(plus warmup and cool down) and is a good intro to Cathe's style. THe weights sections is actually a separate workout with it's own warmup and cooldown. Cathe suggests doing the Cardio section 3 times a week (Example Monday-Wednesday-Friday) and the strength section 2 times a week (Example Tuesday and Thursday).
