Wedding Tape - toning segment breakdown

Does anyone have a breakdown of the toning segment for the Wedding Tape? Is it a lighter workout than MIS and BodyMax? And are you able to do it parts like upper body, lower body, etc.? Thanks!

Colleen

The Wedding tape is MUCH lighter than MIS and BodyMax. Cathe uses 5 lb. dumbells, which she doubles up for one arm rows for the back. I'm not sure of the exact breakdown, but I think it starts with a little step warmup, some squats and lunges, then a couple of sets each of basic stuff: bicep curls, kickbacks, upright rows (blech), stuff like that. The chest work is surprisingly tough--lots of pulsing chest flies and then a lot of push-ups. After that I think you go on to floor work for the legs: hamstring presses on your step, inner and outer thigh lifts, and then abs. I am hoping to incorporate this into my lighter faster rotation, but I think I will have to tack it on to other tapes, rather than just do it alone.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like you have a good plan to tack it onto another workout. I'm going to fit it into my next rotation and now I have a better idea of where to put it.
