Wedding tape all the way through?

How many of you do the wedding tape all the way through? I was going to try to do the whole thing for my workout today. Do you think doing cardio first makes you too tired to really work the strength portion of the tape? Should I do the weights first? Help.

It probably depends on the day, but I like to do the cardio first. I don't have the wedding tape, but with CTX series the cardio is first, then strength. The cardio warms up your muscles for what's to come. I usually have more energy after a cardio session. Maybe it's the endorphins??
 
I have never done this tape all the way through, I only use the step workout portion. But I like to do weights after cardio. You're all nice and warmed up that way :)

Oh man, this tape is so boring to me... No offense to Cathe, it is a good workout, it is just much more plain than her newer tapes. Or maybe it is dated. And the music is not as upbeat. Actually, I don't think I have ever made it to the weights part!!! I have so many other choices that I always seem to pass that one up!!!
 
Speaking of the music in this tape, does anyone know offhand who "sings" the first song in the warmup?
I was just looking for a new Cathe to buy and was previewing video clips, and decided to look at the wedding video and her warmup song (first on the clip of the step warmup) was one of my old favorite songs (club songs) it is techno-ish very good!

If no one knows, it is ok, there are words (kind of) in this song, but they are hard to understand!

Sorry to throw this out there, I was gonna start a new thread, but I didn't really think there would be a big response!
