Wed-Thurs-Fri workouts

Hello everyone

Well, I was sick on Wednesday -- stomach virus from my daughter -- and weight loss is temporary.:D
Thursday I only did 30 min easy cardio -- just get the old body moving. But today I did Glutes and Legs for he first time. Wow, what a good workout! I loved it, and now this is also on my favorite list.

Let's see, Wednesday I did PS Back, Biceps and Abs, Thursday I did KPC in it's entirety and yesterday I did Chest and Triceps off of Slow and Heavy and the Shoulders off of All Step!!

Glad that you are feeling better Mari. Legs and Glutes is a killer but a good one.

I will probably take today off, I have a make up make over at 10:30 this morning at the mall being done by Clinique. :) I have to go to the mall with no makeup on!! OH my I never leave my house without makeup:+ so this will be a test of my strength!!!:7 Then dh and I are getting a babysitter and going out tonight!!! Whoohoo for us, we never do that!!!!!;-)
 
Mari....sorry about the stomach virus....nothing I hate more than that! I love Legs & Glutes myself. I do use a bit heavier weight though. Wow Annette a Clinique makeover....that is cool. And a night out....I hope you 2 have a great time...:)...
Wed was Leaner Legs and Stepblast, Thurs was CTX shoulders and biceps. PUB abs and PLB floor work before a 4 mile run. Friday I did SJ & P then added some more cardio and abs from Timesaver. I got some new trail shoes, so tomorrow is a trail run....:)...Carole
