Wed 3-10 workout

Good morning everyone! Today I plan on PUB back and triceps, ankle weight section of L&G and a 3 or 4 mile run....happy exercising...:)...Carole
 
I did a premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch, still babying my heel until I can get orthotics so I am taking it easy with my cardio. Felt good though to do some cardio considering I went 7 weeks+ with no cardio at all.:-( I am happy to be able to do anything and hoping that with orthotics I can resume my regular cardio including stepping with Cathe again,:7 :) .

After 40 min cardio I did the standing part of PS Legs -- with increased weights -- inspired by a few here.:)
