Okay, I have a question for some of you seasoned veterans. I have been doing PS for 3 weeks and have already seen some strength improvement. My right side arm is coming right along, but I am struggling with my left. I am right-handed. Should I continue with a weight that I can maintain form with my left til if catches up or maybe do some extra reps with lighter weight on that side.
I've been really pushing myself on that side, even tho my right side is ready to move up.
