Hi Cathe,
I was wondering if my triceps are supposed to be stronger than my biceps. I notice that in powerhour you use a 15lb barbell for biceps and 25lbs for triceps. I can use 20lbs for biceps with no problem but I struggle on 20lbs for triceps, 15lbs is actually more acheivable for me (and I use 8lbs for the kickbacks). Is there something wrong with me? Should I try to strengthen my triceps?
One more quick question about powerhour. When I do the back exercises I sometimes begin to feel it in my upper back between neck and shoulders and it starts to kind of ache. Do you think I'm doing something wrong. I usually use 25lbs for this.
Thanks for your help. I've been doing powerhour three times a week and loving it very much! The lunges have actually gotten easier for me!!
Congratulations in advance on your new little one!
