<---tells Suzanne that she has to upload her picture to a photo sharing site like www.photobucket.com. They will give her an actual link that she can post. That is how <--- got it to show.
<---adds that if she will do a right click (with cursor over the picture do a right click on your mouse) on the picture that <--- posted and go to Properties, she will find a working link that she can post in her avatar. The link will be under "Address"
