That is AWESOME! I, too, LOOOOOOVE Kick Max, even slightly more that KPC! It is definitely worthy of that rating, because it is energetic, challenging, and very fun! Kick Max is the epitome of a good Cathe workout!
Actually, though it is listed as #5, since workouts are designated as "best-of" in different categories, it can also be read that KM is voted "best" in the "calorie blasting" category.
