After seeing so many fabulous pictures of the members on this board, and reading how petite so many of you (who definitely work hard) on the "5'4" weight" thread, I have come to a big conclusion.
I am WAY out of my league on this board. You ladies are WAY beyond whatever I can hope to accomplish! You are stunning - you're drive and discipline is enviable! I am overweight, I try to eat the best I can, I work out the hardest I can without getting myself hurt, but apparently I don't have what it takes. At least I don't have what you ladies have!
Maybe I don't want it bad enough?
The detailed discussions about different types of workouts and details about how much to lift, and what to eat and when, go right over my head! I can't keep up with it all.
For example - as a teacher I simply can't eat small frequent meals! I teach all day, and I think the principal would frown upon my eating in front of students
. But I read over and over on the board that this is one of the ingredients to success. What do you do instead?
This is truly not a ply for sympathy and responses. (OK, maybe a little - ha-ha! Boo-hoo! Boo-hoo! LOL!)
You ladies are the real deal!
