Kim: Your day was hilarious! Crazy Canadians!!!! I hear CC#7 is a killer workout. I must dust off my treadmill and play with Sean tomorrow instead of coked-out Dominique.:7 LOL on your ds cursing Cathe. Phil is weaker in the legs too. He has a terrible time with wall squats. Your dh works out with you for the same reasons that dh does too!!! LOLOLOL I swear the only reason dh does Xlegs with me is so he can frog jump behind me! Men are so bad!!!:7 The price on flying to Jersey... Yowza! I guess that means you won't be visiting me anytime soon.:-(

Patricia: I don't hate Japenese food. I just don't prefer it. And, I wouldn't want it as part of an inclusive weekend.

Jeanette: OUCH on the torn rotator cuff and pieces of bone. I feel for him and the other lumberjacks!!! I don't think my back/shoulder is that bad off at this point. I hope the medicine works for you. If it doesn't, inform the doctor about it pronto. She might have to change up your script until you find one that works for you. If not, you can always go see an allergist with more experience. Websites. Are you sure you want to see how much they retail for? It's insane!!! Wendy, I'm glad to see you've managed to make it on the boards more than me. I have been trying to plan vacation so much that I need to get away from the computer. I know that's one of the culprits to my back pain. Glad you have a DH that will massage yours out:)

Howdy former Xers!

I'm glad Wendy clued me in on the name change, otherwise I'd have lost you guys! lol. Mind if I re-join? Things here are fine, just busy, busy. I'm still working out, just not as consistently as I need to be. I need you guys to kick my butt back into shape! I'm not following any rotation, just winging it. Last week I did 4DS as produced, today I'll probably tackle PUB (been a LONG time since I did that one). I'm totally psyched up for STS and I need to get my muscles in ripped shape! Anyone planning on going to either of the RTs this summer? I'm debating it, but right now I don't know anyone who's planning on it. I need to read and catch up, but I hope you guys are all doing well! BB in a minute for personals...

Just to catch you up on some things. A group of us on the check-in got together for a little retreat the first weekend of April at Debra's house in North Carolina. You can see pictures on Traci's and Debra's picturetrail. Also, Lindy is me, Stacy is Traci, Alexandra is Sandra, Mia is Lea, and Lynette is Jeanette... These are our alter-egos during TTOM. You know the ones who say and do mean things to innocent and not so innocent bystanders.}( I don't plan on going to Cathe's retreat this year. Did it. Done it. I much prefer our check-in's laid back retreat. I just don't feel like working hard and paying someone $249.00 for the pleasure. Doesn't make me a bad person.:+

I'll catch you before you decide to crash the Jamacian wedding.}( Funny how Debra wants you to crash it, yet she wouldn't crash the Teacher's GF's wedding with me. Heck, that woman told me everything about these strangers!!!! I could have acted like I was a long lost relative from all the information she gave me on the plane!!!! We could have gotten away with free dinner Saturday night!!!

Debra -- LOL about Selma Hayek! Mine are super bushy, too, and while I maintain with plucking, I just have to wax them about every 2 months to keep them under control! I hope you enjoyed your massage.

Kim -- Congrats on the pushups! I hope I can do them all today when I tackle PUB!

Jeanette -- I hope the meds kick in today and you can get some relief!!

I'll have to catch up more later. I'm currently in the midst of planning our trip (me and DH, no kiddos) to northern CA to go wine tasting in May (this is a belated anniversary trip). We have most arrangements made, but we're now down to deciding where to go and what restaurants to eat at (we will definitely need reservations made in advance). Also, in other news, DS just competed in his first karate tournament over this past weekend. He's only a yellow belt, so they didn't score or place his group, but he had a great time demonstrating and just showing off ;-) We also have his choir concert coming up and DD1's ballet performance. All that with lots of spring extended family bdays and stuff going on (like DH needing to build a new rabbit hutch) make for some busy times. I hope you are all doing well and I'll be catching up as time allows over the next few days. I hope you all have a great day!

Morning Coolers,

Todays workout was a 2.5m run and PY4H Quickie.

Really needed the yoga today, since my calf muscles where a bit sore from the 4DS leg workout yesterday. So I had some ice cream licked of my hips. :9 I'm going to have to put a yoga block on my list of things needed, my right hip is needing some help. :(

Oldest DD has a track meet today, and thankfully no dance class until next week. Feel like the taxi Mom has been running all over the place. Need to get to Target at some point this week, they have their Champion sports bras on sale. DD needs more, and I could use a few new ones. Want to check out their pants that they advertised too. They actually have some for tall people. :D

Traci, You have a busy schedule for tomorrow. OD is getting crazy I tell you!!! Stay far far away! You may not believe this, but I think I may have found something that is working for my dry skin. I'm going to continue using this new Dove lotion for a while, and hope that it is actually working for my skin. I would pick 14 months too, because I'm sure June is better than April in Canada!

Sandrolina ;-) , I will have to do the Amy workouts in phases then, because these two are the first workouts I have of hers. My cost to Edmonton is actually under $600. Didn't think that was all that bad. Take care of yourself with the germ infested urchins. We have an outbreak of measles around our area. Even a kid that had the vaccination was infected.

Patricia, We are having some fine weather too. Just a bit windy though. :) LOL about wanting a Brad and Angie debate. I think the debate should be how come all these actors and actresses are having twins? What is up with that? :D LOL about the legs and men never seeing the things before. Maybe I should be happy I have to wear pants.

Jeanette, Dang I want some apple pie now. :9 Sounds so good. Hope your nose stops dripping soon. I am so looking forward to having my boss gone next week. He actually really needs this time away from work. With our other person still out with his back, he has had to take on more work. So in the process is making me crazy just from watching him.

Wendy, Glad to hear that massages work wonders for back pain. ;-) I'm still waiting for my massage from DH. :7 Guess that will happen as soon as my chin-up bar is installed. :7 :7 :7 Yes of course you can chat with me later, and I really would like to crash the wedding. Wendy: Sharp jeans, never heard of Joe designer before, can’t keep up with designer prices. May I ask do you really pay that prices for your jean? And here I am complaining about a pair of Baby Phat jeans I brought a week ago almost killed me to play $70 buck. .

Teddygirl: Are you saving your pennies for a flight to Edmonton?!?!?! Girl, I know what you mean about parting with money on a pair of jeans!!! It was a moment of weakness when I parted with Phil's $. The jeans were marked down to $143.00, and it was buy one, get one free. So, I spent $71.5 on each pair. That also included free hemming using the original hem (only way to go with hemming). I highly doubt I'd pay suggested retail price on them. Well, maybe for the AG jeans. They are now my favorite pair of jeans. Did you check out the back view of them? HOT! The Joe Honey jeans are cut for women with bootays. But, I'm not as tickled by them like I am the AG jeans. I believe Baby Phat would fit my behind. However, my bootay leans more on the conservative side of fashion. But, I did find the CUTEST Baby Phat dress for eldest dd on clearance at Macys a couple months ago. Do you have a link for the Baby Phat jeans you got?

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't checked in the last couple of days. I was busy Monday and then yesterday I was so infuriated by something that happened late yesterday afternoon at work that I could not get past it all evening. There is one woman who is a real bitch. I don't have many dealings with her and this was indirect, but it sure pisse* me off. I'm almost over it today:)

Anyway, I'm back today. I didn't have anytime until now because I was in meetings all day. Let's see, it was quite a day. The mom of one kid who is struggling comes in and tells us that his father was a pedifile and she told him. Then the parents of a girl, who is brilliant (140+ IQ), was molested by the grandfather. Of course she's just about failing because it all was made public not too long ago. It's like what do you say?

I did see the post on OD. I don't think anything insites people more than religion or politics.

I still have been working out and had a nice run with DS yesterday. Today was B&G, no core and 4ds bi/tri.

Was anyone else happy that Ally won TBL? I was. She looked great.

Traci - You were busy earning money today!

Debra - I hope the knee is better, nothing worse than a bumm knee, but you can still work upper.

Wendy - I need some new jeans; I'm just too cheap to spend that kind of money on them.

Goodness, this group has been busy today. I had a meeting at the daycare after work today so just got hme. I don't think I'll be working out today.

The company that DH works for does have a condo in Edmonton. It's used for employees to stay at when they go out to the Edmonton office. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We stayed there a couple of summers ago when we went out for a family vacation. DH said we should be able to use it as long as no one who is actually working needs it. Apparently it's close to Sandra's house so it would be good for extra sleeping space. We would have to wait till closer till when we want it to find out if it's free. But DH says if we go over a weekend Friday-Sunday rarely do people stay the weekend. It's mostly used on weeknights. So it's definitely possible to use but we would have to work out the exact date closer to the time. Kim
