Was difficult enough to negotiate own severance pay 12 years ago, gets aggrevated by company antics, has NO patience for this BS!!!!! Thinks it's a load of crap that they are pulling while having several buy out offers of other competitiors and in the meantime laying off people and forming offsite companies to artificially raise the stock price.
