I haven't done this workout, so I can't answer for that one. But I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I was doing PUB. When I was doing the pullovers with the 20lb. dumbell, I was very afraid I would drop it on my face because my hands aren't big enough to hold the ends of the dumbell securely enough for my comfort. Seriously, if that thing were to slip, a lot more damage than broken teeth could happen. Broken jaw, broken nose, all of the above...
