has anyone ever heard of this or read the book? i got it out of curiosity yesterday. the premise is you basically undereat throughout the day and then overeat at dinner. you eat only fruits, veggies, pure veggie or fruit juice during the day and drink lots of water. then at night you eat until satisfied but have to follow this order: raw veggies first, then cooked veggies, then protein, then finish with fats or carbs. the book explains the scientific reasoning behind this whole way of eating. just wanted to know if any of you eat this way or have heard of it.
