Did the WD last summer and signed up again for this June.
Before it, I was scared and thought I was gonna die!! After, I was covered in mud, smiling, and laughing. It wasn't that hard. The walls to climb over were maybe mid-torso high. Just a jump and push over - like getting out of a pool without a ladder. Running through the mud isn't easy, because your feet stick, but a lot of people spent time walking, and I did, too.
The net climb was rough, but I'm afraid of heights, and I didn't like having to turn around and go down the back backwards, but only because I'm afraid of heights. There was a tire run - no big deal, a fire leap (the fire was maybe knee high) and by then I was soaked, so I wasn't going to go up in flames.
What else? A belly mud-crawl, a deep (waist high) mud and water wade through, a stacked step pyramid of hay to climb, and multiple short steep BMX bike hills to run (walk) over. The hills were tough - they came near the end and I was tired.
There we also culverts to crawl through - a little rough on the knees. And a steep, muddy hill with just a rope to help you up - that was a little tough, but doable. And a junk yard of cars to clamber over.
Fun, nothing un-doable, and lots of fun.
From what I've read about the tough mudder, it looks harder.
I think any Cathlete could tackle the WD
