I just finished the entire STS program for the first and loved it. My husband was impressed with the results and decided to give it a go. He's one who wants to warm up "on your favorite piece of cardio equipment", but we're both wondering how his treadmill will provide the necessary warm up for upper body muscles about to lift 80% of a 1RM? Is the point of a warm up just to get blood flowing, period, before he does the warmup sets? Or is it better to target the area that's about to get whammied by Cathe's intensity? Thank you!
