Right back at ya Cathe.

I have just recently (like a month ago) started back to working out with you. I have always worked out but went onto different things and tried different things.

This past month I did STS2 and enjoyed it very much. I did cardio on the other days. I feel so much better than I am starting a STS3 and Gym Style rotation that I found in the rotation forum. Looks like another fun month coming up. some of the cardio I will have to change up as I don't have the step workouts (not a big step cardio fan) so will put something else in there. I love the Imax's so maybe I will slip those in.

After a long Monday at work I can't tell you how happy I was to come home and find my new Cathe DVD's I just bought waiting in my mailbox. Made my Monday much brighter!

I can feel those warm fuzzies, Cathe, every time I do STS. I feel them in my quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, biceps, triceps, delts, back, traps and abs. Yep, I feel 'em alright! Of course, at the time they seem more like burn fuzzies and generally a lot of cursing is involved, but eventually the workout is over and then the DOMS fuzzies begin!
