I can feel those warm fuzzies, Cathe, every time I do STS. I feel them in my quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, biceps, triceps, delts, back, traps and abs. Yep, I feel 'em alright! Of course, at the time they seem more like burn fuzzies and generally a lot of cursing is involved, but eventually the workout is over and then the DOMS fuzzies begin!
