Just saw this over the w/e--AWESOME! It was a really entertaining & fun movie to watch.

Tom Cruise might be a complete wack job, but I don't care--dude is totally hot! }(
 
Thanks for the review, I just rented this one yesterday. I'm going to try and watch it tonight. I waited so long to rent it because I also think Tom is a nut job. As for hot, he's just not my type. ;-) I definately like them a lot taller! :)
 
We saw this movie the first day it came out -- and bought the dvd the first day that came out! Love it!
 
The company I work for builds the shoulder held bazooka type weapons that killed the aliens. That weapon really does exist and is used in Iraq.
 
I have to admit, I've liked a lot of TC's movies even though he is a complete weirdo. I see they're offering it on PPV so I may be orderering it now. I was hesitant to watch it before because it has that little girl in it who for some reason, really annoys me.

DH LOVED this movie! I loved the story, and I thought that Dakota Fanning was FANTASTIC in this movie! I can't believe that she is my daughter's age! She seems so grown up.

Yes, Tom is wacky, but is also very hot! :9

I really enjoyed it as well.
TC has got to be a good actor, to make me forget about his being a total whack job for the length of the movie!
 
Okay...I guess I'm the odd man out here...I thought it was okay but would not bother to see it again. DH LIKED it but he expected more from it...Just wasn't as good as we thought it would be.

Okay, so I guess ***I'M*** the wack-job now, ey? :p
 
I saw it a few weeks ago, and I loved it. I am planning on seeing Hostel, which is a real gorefest, tomorrow night with my bf.
 
I saw War of the Worlds when it come out. I totaly loved it. Very fun entertaining. I will rent it this summer. I like to wait a while before watching a movie again.
