I am looking for a rotation for really defined muscles that still has some cardio. Can I really only work the muscles onece a week and still see big results?
Up until now I have been doing weights every other day and cardio on my non-weight days. While I have some defintion I would like to see more.
I have all of Cathe's DVD's so any rotation you can help me with is greatly appreciated!
