Want to stop losing wt, continue increasing muscle

I started using Kari Love's DVD in January, along with clean eating; have lost 40# and feel great at age 58. Started with Cathe's Muscle Max about 6 weeks ago, DVD's 3x/wk and 45 minutes cardio at gym(elliptical, trekker, stairs, etc). Am starting to lose too much weight (especially in bust). I just got Gym Style Legs/Chest & Triceps, Back/Biceps). I'm bottom-heavy, so don't want to get too bulky in legs/butt. So thinking I should do GS Legs 2x/wk, and 1x/wk each, Chest & Triceps and Back/Biceps. Then 2x/week cardio. Or, should I do GS Legs just once a week and 3x/week cardio. I realize this is nit-picking, but I've never felt so good or so fit in my life and want to maximize my options. All you younger women out there, don't wait until your as old as I am to do this - it's life-changing. BTW, I'm continuting to eat clean, but adding more olive oil, avocados, hi-fiber pasta, yogurt, nuts, to my diet to stop losing weight.

I just want to say congratulations on your hard-earned success! I'm not yet where you are so I can't really advise you but I know about the losing weight in the bust thing. I WAS loving those "D" cups... Still, I'm loving the smaller waist, stronger body, and better health a whole lot more.

Again, congratulations.

Thank you so much - I can't believe we spend so many years being afraid of "getting muscles" when muscles will probably be the element that helps us most in the second half of our lives. And I sure didn't start with "D" cups, so I'm looking like a plucked chicken now! Getting fit and stronger is truly addictive, and I don't want to reduce the time I spend working out, as it helps sleep and energy, so I'm just looking for that "soft landing" that will allow me to keep strong without losing more fat (I can't believe I'm saying this, having spent so long battling weight issues).
Thanks again for your support.
