Want Some More Videos - Need Advice

Cathlete
I currently have MIS, PS (all three tapes) and Step Heat in addition to a lot of Firms (no classics though). I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau with the Firms and was thinking of abandoning them as the basis of my rotation and using Cathes instead (still doing a Firm or Fitprime once a week because I like AWT). However, I don't have enough Cathe tapes to build a rotation around (IMHO). What tapes do I need? I was thinking about BodyMax, Powerhour and Circuit Max. I have a lot of cardio tapes (Powerstrike for kickboxing and a few hi/lo and step tapes) as well as Intense Moves which I do weekly. Although I'm a bit tempted to try Rhythmic Step.

I'm holding off on getting S&H, CTX and Ab Hits until I have a DVD player. I have CTX Kickbox and All Step though.

My primary goal is to gain strength to lose weight.

I'd love to hear about what rotations worked for you.

I would whole heartedly recommend CTX. It's a lot of fun and extremely varied. You can mix it up to make a lot of different types of rotations. And you MUST own Leaner Legs!!!!!

Jennifer,

Keep in mind that even if you want DVDs later, you can buy the tapes and resell them later on eBay!

I'll look forward to those suggestions on strength gain/weight loss.
