Does anyone use a powerbelt? If so, is it enough to be a strength training workout? I'm trying to get back to a walking program and am having a hard time fitting in strength with it so I was considering purchasing this.
Also, does anyone primarily walk for aerobics? If so, how do you incorporate your strength training? What type of rotation etc?
