Mon......CTX - Leaner Legs, Shoulders, and 1 segment Core Max
Tues.....CTX - Chest, Back, and Interval Max
Wed......CTX - Biceps, Triceps, 1 cardio segment from CTX, Ab Hits
Thurs....30 minute swim, yoga
Fri..........Hardcore Extreme #2 high/low intervals, 8 min ab hits
Sat........Supersets, and 1 segment Core Max
Sun........OFF
On days I have both Cardio and Weights, I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the late afternoon.
