Waaaah, I missed GMA - can anyone describe?

She looked beautiful in a simple brown sleeveless top and white pants, wearing an elegant heel. Hair and makeup were also simple, classic Cathe we have seen many times. I think she was a little nervous. GMA showed a clip of a Cathe DVD, very familiar to all of us. Dr. Nick is charming with an obviously wonderful sense of humor and they discussed whate I think of as the Holy Trinity of working out to circumvent boomeritis --cardio, strength and stretch. He described turning 40 and being at risk for injury due to biomechanics and not being more careful when it's necessary as well as the sneaky effects of aging. (I got badly injured right around my 40th!) Cathe described two groups-- those who never get that we need to be well-rounded and those who learn from an injury. She described her experience of getting injured in the kickbox class. Dr. Nick expounded on cross-training, having an RDA of exercise which covers all the componants we need. I am getting his book. It was delightful seeing Cathe on TV. :)

You may be able to stream it on Dr. Nick's website. Cathe posted a link to it in her original post when she informed us she would be on. I hope you get to see it. It is so funny how delighted and excited I was to see her. :) My husband promised to watch it tonight when he gets home from work, simply to humor me. :)
