W/O MARATHON 4 December

Good Morning ladies,

I wasn't at the road trip, but I'm always up for a challenge ;-)

Guess I'm the one to start today:

I choose Low Max as my step w/o. Rather tough after yesterday's w/o (9K run plus GS-Legs standing premix), but quite doable.

I'll be doing GS-UB later plus CM #1 and finish the day with KPC.

I was just about to come and post this check-in!

I've completed Rhythmic Step. This afternoon I'm doing either MM or ME (haven't quite decided yet) and then this evening, I'm doing KPC!

I know some people did this yesterday. How did it go?

Good luck! I did the marathon yesterday and lived to tell! LOL Your plan sounds very ambitious but one thing I learned yesterday is that I'm capable of pushing myself beyond my normal limits when I have to. Sending good workout vibes your way...:)

Ok I am doing SS tone it up this am then later I am going to do Rhythmic step and KPC this evening. I am going to have to eat more to accomplish this!

Hello fellow marathoners,

I'm back to tell you that it was really OK to do GS UB. It does take up a lot of time though so nex time (if there ever is one), I'll do the premix version.

Well, got a few hours left before KPC. Probably get the ironing done nowx(

Hello brave ones! i am just finishing breakfast, so in about 45 mins, i will begin this insanity. I don' thave RS, so i will be using SB. I will probably do MM immidiately afterward and then KPC later today. I like to do strength right after cardio or vice versa so i don't lose momentum;) BUT coffee has to be finished first!:) i'll report back later

HI everybody,
I did work on the elliptical Friday and my quads are still super sore, so I didn't do a step tape. I did do Cardio Party 1 from Turbo Jam. This afternoon I'm going to do Push/Pull and then this evening I'll probably do Kick Max (maybe I should do a step tape cause I already kickboxed this morning?)

i finished SB (1-3) and added on SJP abs/planks. I would like to announce that i completed the plank work(which i have never done!!) Then i did L/G floorwork. As soon as i finish this coffee, i'm going in to do MM. (i got hungry, so i had to take a break). I am going to do MM UB first and then LB.

Hello fellow fitness nuts,

I just showered after doing KPC. I hadn't done this one in over a year: my PT told me to either stop running or stop the kickbox cardio. Both was just too much for my bad knee. I love running more so no more KPC.

However, I didn't miss a single kick or punch. Muscle memory, you just gotta love it :+

I did enjoy this "marathon", should do it again to shake things up.

I'm going to have a big pasta dinner now.... need to fuel up for my run tomorrow. I wonder how that will be - it's only eleven hours from now :7

BTW, I burned 1334 cals all together. It usually takes an 18+ run to burn that much. Which doesn't take up as much time as today's w/o's.

I'll check back later to see how you all have been doing :)

Way to go, Dutchie! Wow, 1334 calories!?!

Good luck to the rest of you! I did it yesterday and surprisingly, I'm not sore. (though I do admit I did a slightly easier version - see thread from yesterday.)

Yeah, Dutchie! 1334 calories is a lot - WOW! I burned 475 with RS and 495 with KPC - don't know about ME since I wasn't wearing my HRM. Enjoy a well deserved pasta dinner! yum :9

ok ladies. i just finished MM and a segment of SM. My legs are pretty fried since i added floorwork from L/G earlier, so i don't think KPC is going to make it today. If i'm not too zapped later, i will try to do some treadmill. I guess i just can't hang!

Sue, it was 497 for Low Max, 294 for GS-UB and 543 for KPC (with all that jumping that's not a big surprise).

alright, I joined you ladies. I didn't go to the roadtrip but the challenge intrigued me. I am officially a lunatic as I am pretty competitive by nature (w/ my own goals that is). I started at 11am and did 3 w/o straight finishing about 2:30 (well, okay stopped for a few to feed a boyb). I completed IM3, then ME, then KPC. I was getting a little googly towards the end of KPC but I was on some psycho adrenaline high. Okee dokee...that was completely cool but nuts at the same time. Back to normal ;)

WHOOOO HOOOOO - okay, I'm riding an endorphin high from ME. And I STILL can't up my weight on those freakin' biceps!

Okay, I'm done. I finished KPC in its entirety. I'm a wee bit sore but not really. More than anything I'm tired.

I actually really enjoyed doing this. I didn't dread any of the workouts, they were all fun and I gave them my all, didn't slack on anything.
