Yeah, Shelly! I didn't dread any of the workouts either - in fact, I had more fun doing KPC (the last one) than I have in a long time. I guess it was an adrenaline high! LOL Thanks for suggesting this.
I ended up doing a mish-mosh: part of Rhythmic Step, part of PowerMax, KickMax interval blasts and finished it all up with KickMax Leg Conditioning Drills. It took 93 minutes and I burned 700 calories.
I didn't do the 3 w/o marathon b/c I woke up late. I didn't do a weights section b/c my back has been hurting. It hurts worse when I lift weights so I have to avoid weight lifting for now. :-( I keep waiting for it to get better, but it still hurts to lift weights. At least I can do cardio again!
