I'd love to work with a nutritionist to figure out what my ideal diet should look like at this point. I think my workouts are fine since I usually select a rotation and stick to it. My diet is what I think I need to focus on. I think I eat clean but not sure whether I'm eating enough or not enough or how to figure it all out without exhausting myself everyday thinking about it! If you can recommend someone, please let me know. Oh and I do like my "cheat days" and I don't have a lot of time to prepare crazy meals etc.
