Viper Rocked!

DEEDEE

Cathlete
I really enjoyed this workout. I like the combinations of not so tough cardio from Cardio and Weights and the 'somebody get me some oxygen' tough cardio from IMAX2.:D

I might do Cardio and Weights tomorrow because I was really enjoying that music from the cardio sections.:)

I have to say after that little taste of Muscular Endurance on the Viper, I think that workout is probably going to kill me.:) But hey, what a waste of money this would be if these workouts were easy the first time through.;)

Breakdown Breakdown! The Viper is the one workout I've been looking forward to more than any other! What was the weight work like following each cardio? What were the intervals that Cathe used from Imax II (1-5), (5-10) or a mix? Ooh I'm so excited! Any info you could give me would be great! Thanks!

DVDers!!! Can you preview the premixed stuff and tell us how cool the chapterings are and if they really are worth it over VHS? Plus which ones have more pre-mixed extras? How do you find the mini workouts in comparison?:9

Good Golly Ms Molly! My Terminator is suppose to be deliveered tomorrow! Please fill me in because i can not wait!!!!

The warmup is from Cardio and Weights, then you go into what appears to be the first cardio section from that workout; remember, I jumped right in, I didn't preview anything before hand so I'm not sure if the cardio sections from C&W are done on the Viper in the order they are presented in C&W. This is followed by an IMAX2 interval. I think the first interval on the Viper is the first interval on IMAX2 which had me worried because Cathe kept calling it 'an extended warm up! I thought 'Uh oh, just shoot me now!' But I hung in there. The circuits from ME were wicked! I thought it would be a great break, but it appears that Cathe works your butt HARD on that one. The first body part hit on the Viper was the back and I guess maybe I needed to lighten my weight (I'm a stubborn lifter, I would rather do less reps than lighten my weight...silly I know)because for the first time every, my lats were flamin'! Usually my back can handle anything Cathe throws at me. She also spent much longer on the ME sections than I expected.

It kept going around and around like that working a different body part everytime we got back to ME. All in all I loved it. It was also very, very aerobic for me because I was lifting pretty heavy. On thing I noticed, Cathe gives us views time to adjust our weights so we won't need to pause as much.:D

I can tell you my back, my butt, my hams and my quauds are all saying 'Oh no not tonight girlie! Put C&W away until tomorrow'.

The DVDS have the premixed workouts AND bonus workouts. I haven't preveiwed them yet but it looks like you get about 10 workouts on each DVD...this is really nice. It takes a lot of the guessing work out if you are one who has trouble deciding what portions of what workouts to do when programming your dvd. Plus you don't have to go through the hassle of programming your dvd...I know mine is a pain in the rear to program.

For those of you who bought the series on VHS I really hope that Cathe does offer the Terminator separately because it is well worth the money.

I hope this helped a bit. Have fun and stay fit.

OMG this was awesome...a nice preview of the workouts to come. Last night I did PLB and this morning I made it through about 2/3rds of the cardio + the upper body portions. I almost didn't order this one but am so glad I did.. the combos are endless...

I think I'm going to kill myself with these DVDS... but at least I'll go with a smile on my face. :)

Got my DVDs today and my jaw's hanging just from preview! I'm starting tonight with Bootcamp...that looked so cool and tough! The sad note is my Terminator box was empty!!;( But the combos are gonna keep me occupied until my Terminator gets here. ME and IMAX 2 tomorrow? HMMMM...
