I have searched for the last 3 days to get an answer about a video on demand. Is STS on demand?

Yes, I believe all Cathe's workouts are. I used on demand for my most recent run of sts- very convenient.

Yes, all STS videos are on OnDemand.You just need to use the search and select "STS" under "Workout Series"
