Video Clips

I haven't been able to view the video clips to preview the DVD's recently? My media player is working for other things. Does anyone know if there is something wrong w/the web page connection?

Is anyone else having or NOT having this problem?

I really like to view the clips before making a purchase & it's great that the clips are 10 mins long.

Hi, I can see the video clips OK using my windows media player. You can see short video clips in the collage video web site. Hope this helps.

It's because of the connection speed. If you notice all of the other clips are at 200k. The new one's are 700k. I can't watch the new clips either even though I have DSL. I think you have to have the top of the line DSL to watch them or a cable connection. HTH
It's a continuing process.....

Thanks. You could be right. Two weeks ago I could watch them at the 56 & 100K speed, but now it just keeps giving an error that a network error may have occurred or the server might not be available. I can watch anthing else w/my windows media player, but suddenly I can't see these. Those same speeds are still listed but they don't work for me anymore.
I really don't like to buy w/o the preview.
