Video clips of Body Blast series?

Cathe,

I know that you are working hard to get those work outs to us. I am such a Cathe nut that I have ordered them in video and DVD (don't want to wait and only one tv in the house with a DVD player and I refuse to not work out with ya). Unfortunately I am afraid I may die from anticipation of these workouts before I get them, so is there ANY possibility of you posting a TINY clip of one of the workouts before I fall over and kiss this world goodbye? I really would like to leave this earth having seen your new workouts!

Hi Cathedisciple! You are too funny! As much as I would hate to see you "fall over and kiss this world goodbye" (tee hee), we have learned from past experience that it is better to wait until after the release of the products before showing clips. I hope you can understand. Now save those kisses for a better cause ;-)

My QUEEN replied to me!!!! I will save those kisses Cathe, I hope I made you giggle. I have given my family strict instructions to bury me with my Cathe DVD's. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing workouts, the are in a league of their one and so are you babe!
