c. Abs and Push Up Plus: http://www.collagevideo.com/item.aspx?item=5638
Bodystrikes reminds me of a bonus unweighted leg drill from Cathe - something Cathe may tack on after Meso 1 Legs - except perhaps a bit longer. Not to say that it doesnt look great nor that it does not have a style of its own (Ilaria uses no props and no floor work). It also reminds me of Mindy's unweighted floor work - but again Ilaria's style is different from Mindy.
I was worried Abs and Pushups would be crazily intense but this seems like it has some Plank work - which is tough but not like doing endless pushups.
Powerstrike is just the kind of KB I like - very martial-arts/drill based.
I like the pace in all three dvds - controlled and not lightening fast. I find that either my range of motion or form are compromised if a workout is fast paced.
Seeing these DVDs made me realize just how great a deal STS is, especially at the pre-sale price with the Abs DVD thrown in. The variety and comprehensiveness (for resistance training) of STS is exceptional. If Cathe does not announce STS audio very soon I am getting rid of all my split DVDs and buying just STS. I'll rip them on my ipod and make them my own STS gym!
I would normally have ordered all three but I have decided I cannot manage any more variety. I think I used to be better planned when I had less in my collection. Trying to figure out what to do is so difficult now. Sometimes when I am doing one DVD, thoughts of another come to my mind! Anyone else feel this way? Plus, I exercise at the gym too, so I dont really get to use DVDs as often as when I was only working out at home.
My pick to buy from these is Bodystrikes. I can rip it on my ipod once I learn it and take it when I travel, or to the gym to add on after weighted leg work.
Anyone else tempted to buy?
