I'm glad I've done her Live step hiit classes since she's done some of the moves in them. Just not good at the staddle taps or power turning squats on the step. My feet get mixed up. This too looks great.
 
I noticed in the still shot of the video that everyone is using a 6 inch step, but when you watch the video they use 8 inches. Are there 2 versions of this workout?

We use a 6 in step in the warm up and a 8 in step in the workout
