After a comfortable warm up, Cathe brings on the drills with no warning of course right into.....snow boards and drafts through a perfect amount of drills to keep the mind focused and the body completely challenged. I know my cardio has fallen to the way side when the squats aren't low enough, the lunges have no finesse and the air jacks/jumps barely get off the floor Drill #?.... POP SQUATS were just that - MERCY!
