We’ll be hitting all body parts in this challenging total body conditioning workout! We’ll be using elastic bands, elastic loops, and weights to get the job done so grab your Fit Tower, and let’s go!!
Equipment Needed:
Various weighted dumbbells (we’ll have 5’s thru 15’s)
A Fit Tower mat (or a Cathe (or any) fitness mat)
A Fit Tower elastic loop (or a Cathe Firewalker loop)
A Fit Tower 6ft elastic stretch band (or a Cathe 6ft stretch band)
