Video Breakdown Question

Someone please help refresh my memory. Is there a link or thread that has the breakdown of the videos, premixes, and possible substitutions?

when you go to cathe.com and go to exercise dvd each dvd description has a tab that says "premixes" that will give you a premix for the dvd you're looking for. I hope this helps, that is what I do and print them. But I really don't know a thread that has all of the dvd's premixes together. Good luck

i like the idea of offering substitutions. collage video will sometimes show a search of related workouts to the one you are searching/looking for and that is a help when certain workouts tickle your fancy.
