Video and DVD Rotations

Good Morning,

Is there a website or an archive of all of Cathe's past Video and DVD Rotations? I tried using the search function to no avail. Also, if I wanted to create my own rotation with the Cathe tapes that I have, how would I do that? For example, I have Push and Pull, Muscle Endurance, Power hour, I just ordered Kickmax, Low Max and leg and Glutes. I already have CTX Kickbox, Step, 10-10-10, High Step Training, High Step Circuit, Bodymax, Maximum Intensity Cardio,to name a few. So i am wondering if there is a certain sequence to the rotations like cardio, strength training, circuit? I hope i am making sense.

finally, is there is list of all the acronymns for the tapes and DVDS. I just found out that KPC, is Kick, punch and crunch.

just above your post is a sticky call "index to cathe's rotations" it has her previous rotations. its not completely up to date but all the videos you mentioned are in these rotations somewhere.

edit:if you don't have some of the workouts just sub another workout that is similar.cathe posts them as guides to using our workouts.
