VHS vs DVD of Pure Strength

I bought the 3 VHS tapes used some time ago and was thinking about upgrading to DVD. Are there any premixes on the DVD? What will the DVD do for me that the VHS doesn't? Thanks, Alexis

Hi Alexis!! How are you? Anyway to answer your question no there are no premixes on these but the only thing that you could do is mix and match in a different order if that is what you want to do but if not I would probally save your money and get maybe one of the BB series instead which has alot of premixes or the IS Serie which has a few. Now you made me hit my 1000 posts!!

Barbara my sweetie! How ya doing? I have a puppy so I've been VERY busy mothering the munchkin. She's only 10 weeks old but I think we're both gonna live thru it. It was touch and go for awhile! HA!

We need to celebrate your 1000th post! So glad I could help you reach the big time! What should we do to celebrate? Alexis

Hi Alex, did you just get a puppy to keep or took her in? I think I am already celebrating, Ha Ha. Well anyway I am doing great:) Have fun with your little sweetie;-)

Hi Alexis.

I probably wouldn't use Pure Strength much at all if it weren't for the DVD. I use PS in conjunction with going to the gym during my lunch break. So, I pick a few PS body parts to work in the morning at home(using the mix and match feature), and then I do the remaining parts at the gym during lunch. I never seem to use the body part combinations that were put on the actual tapes. I do recommend this DVD over the tapes.

Barbara, no, I intentionally went out and bought a puppy! Go figure. But it's fun and I'm mostly happy. If she dumps the water dish one more time though, I'm gonna scream!
