Stacy:
I am in the same situation as you and I want to provide a different perspective to that of the other posters.
If I had the money, which I have not, I would get the Circuit Max DVD and CTX DVD, and that's it. Those are the only workouts that already feature a degree of flexibility and whose value would therefore be increeased by getting on DVD.
I think the answer depends on how YOU STACY typically use your Cathe workouts. If you are not a great MishMosh person, then why bother spending more money unneccesarily, there's no point in trying to keep up with what everyone else may be doing.
If you typically do Powermax all the way though and never vary that, then why get it on DVD?
If you have a one disc player, you are not going to be pre-programming and lining up 5 different DVD's all at once selecting different parts from each, so where's the hassle in doing the cardio of Powermax on VHS, for example, and then a weights section from PUB or PLB on DVD?
Stacy: how much money do you have? Is there really nothing else your money would be better spent on or SAVED, dare I say it, almost a dirty word in the Bush economy.
The final question I always ask myself when trying to decide between luxury and necessity is: is this purchase significantly going to change the quality of my life? You know, it's the question Carrie Bradshaw never asks herself when staring through the Manolo Blahnik shop window!
If the answer to that is yes, then go ahead and flash that credit card. But if it is no, then Suzie Orman (think that's her name) of the financial guidance pages of Oprah magazine would be proud of you.
See ya,
Clare
