I have a question about paying your bill on line. I have another person on my bill and I'd like to see what the total of their bill is. Can someone tell me how to do that? I did it last month, but for some reason I can't find that option anymore.

click on my bill
on the gray bar click on charges by line

When I clicked on my bill, the gray bar didn't show the option of viewing charges by line.

Jen, it could be this month's bill is not available yet. I know their website will show what your monthly balance is but the actual bill is not available to view until a couple of days later. Other than that, the advise the previous poster gave you should work

just wait and see if it comes available, should give you a text when you can view your next bill,
