What do you do with Verizon? I have no idea how to play a DVD with it. Is anybody able to help me? I called them with no luck. The thought of not working out really upsets me.

Caitlin - Verizon FiOS is just a brand name for a bundled internet access, TV cable and phone/landline service that runs over fiber optic lines. Did you have a DVR/DVD player maybe with your old service that they took away? Are you trying to integrate your DVD player into your new cable box configuration with FiOS?

Thanks, and I did call them. Since last week they have been being helpful. I had the problem of no landline for almost three weeks, and finally they sent a tech out to fix it. I have to put my little HD TV on a setting called HTML.
